To complete the booking, you will need to provide a credit / debit card in the secure form.  No charges will be taken from HOT Events, this is just to hold your room with the accommodation provider.  

If you are going to be sharing a room with another delegate or your partner, please provide their details in the “share with” section after you have clicked "Book".
